Executive Chef / Owner, Song Kim, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary world.  His journey has taken him to being the creative and intricate creator of numerous menus in some of the most distinguished restuarants in Columbus, OH.  Chef Kim's vast knowledge and expertise in sushi, original sauces, cooking techniques, and understanding of balance in flavors has developed into his own unique and delicious approach to food. With previous years of positions held as executive chef and ownership in other restuarants, Chef Kim has chosen to stamp his ever growing profile into his own establishment located in Dublin, OH.  In 2016, he chose to take over Mr. Sushi in Dublin, and assembled an all-star team of chefs, to provide his promise to deliver quality and satisfying sushi and thoughfully executed dishes to guests.  Join him in his journey and get lost in culinary bliss!
